The Sync tab is the control panel. Every Canvas course you've linked appears here, and you decide, per class, exactly what syncs.

Each class gets its own Sync button and per-type settings.

Press Sync on a class to pull it now, or Sync all for everything. Expand Sync settings on a class to toggle what syncs: Files into chat memory, Assignments and Calendar events into your planner, Announcements, and Grades into your GPA tracker.

Note. Nothing syncs without your consent. Each data type is opt-in, per class.
